BILL MCNICHOL

Senior Property Technician

Bill McNichol joined Robie Properties in June of 1999. Bill heads up our maintenance department, and is responsible for overall appearance and general maintenance, and provides direct support to Property Management by troubleshooting and performing needed maintenance. Before joining the company, Bill worked as a Master Locksmith for a local company. He learned his trade at North Bennett Street School in Boston. Bill handles all lock repairs and keying for Robie Properties as well as all other maintenance issues.

With his wife Tracy, they have two adult children and live in Danvers. Bill enjoys vacationing in the Caribbean with his family. While in the Caribbean they enjoy snorkeling, sailing and island hopping. Bill is a Motor Sports Racing fan and he especially enjoys going to the races and watching Nascar.
